What do I need to start?
A PAN, a bank account in your or your business’s name, and a pickup address. Add a GSTIN if your products are taxable and you sell across states.
When do I get paid?
Earnings unlock 7 days after an order is delivered, so returns can settle. Then request a payout. It goes to your bank, and the bank reference number shows in Payments.
Who ships the order?
You do, with the courier you prefer. Add the courier name and AWB number when you mark the order shipped, so the buyer can track it.
How long does approval take?
We review your details once you finish setup and email you as soon as you’re approved. You can add products while you wait.
Can I sell in more than one world?
Yes. Choose every world that fits when you set up your store. The fee for each world is shown above.
What does DEJOIY charge?
Only the fee per sale shown above. There’s nothing to pay to list products, to keep your store open, or to receive a payout.
